When Lucky the Leprechaun turns up drowned in his own cereal, Detective Joe Coffee must follow the clues through the dark underbelly of Breakfastown.

Austin Steinmetz is a writer from San Diego who is passionate about writing stories that blend sharp comedy with heart, leaving audiences excited about the power of theatre long after the final curtain. His work has been staged at festivals across the country, including ShowOff! International Playwrights Festival, Snowdance, Trinity Theatre’s New Works, and Redlands Theatre Festival, where he received Best 10-Minute Comedy. In 2025, he was awarded the Bradford Gromelski Prize from FUSION Theatre Company and is a two-time winner of Theatre Oxford’s National 10-Minute Play Contest. His recent honors include finalist selections for the 2026 Juicebox Organic One Act Play Competition and Theatre Workshop of Owensboro Summer Shorts. He also reached the second round of the 2025 Austin Film Festival in both short screenplay and teleplay categories. With the challenge of a blank page and the thrill of a live audience, he hopes to continue to grow his passion into a career and is over the moon about being part of The Road Theatre’s SPF 17!
Devin Davis-Lorton is a multi-disciplinary artist; working professionally as a director, actor, playwright, and filmmaker. Originally from Westchester, New York, she earned her BFA in Theatre & Performance from Emerson College in 2022 and has since built a growing presence in the Los Angeles independent film and theater community through collaborations with companies including The Road Theatre Company, Century Oak Productions, and City Garage Theatre.
Known best a stage actor, Davis-Lorton has appeared in many theatrical productions such as The Totality of All Things, If I Needed Someone, The Penelopiad, Insulted. Belarus, and Cardenio; and is onstage now in Women Who Eat, as Alex. She is also the co-founder of DON’T LOOK Studio, a film production company; as well as the founder of Point Blank Productions, a theater company dedicated to daring and exciting storytelling.
