This is a brand-new play. Featured in the Irvington Theater (Westchester County, New York) Arts Incubator online Festival in March, 2022. SPF 13 marks its west coast and live on stage-debut.

Amy Goddard is a Los Angeles based actress, writer and producer. Best know for her role as Ellen The Bartender in the beloved Smoker’s Allowed episode of the comedy series “Nathan For You” she has played doctors, teachers, detectives and several nuns, most memorably opposite Ryan Gosling in “The Nice Guys.” Ms. Goddard is the creator of the 5 episode comedic web series, “Another Day With You” streaming on Whohaha. She is a proud Women In Film honoree for her work on the series. Her screenplay You Know You Love Me was a 2020 Screencraft Drama Competition finalist and a 2021 Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences Nicholl Fellowship semi-finalist. Date is her first play.

Nancy Fassett directed Figueroa and Catching Up in previous Road Theatre Summer Playwrights Festivals. She is currently directing and co-producing the documentary feature, Voice Behind The Mask. She directed Absentee (LA Festival Fringe), Silent Courage (Flanagan Studio Theatre), and she choreographed Tibetan Inroads (Burbage Theatre) and Lysistrata (Rooke Lab Theatre). Nancy was an assistant director for Oskar Eustis, Deborah Levine and Barbara Damashek, and assisted in the Broadway production of Noises Off (directed by Michael Blakemore). She was an associate director for the Chaksam-Pa Tibetan Opera Company, helping newly immigrated refugees stage their work for American audiences, and an assistant director for the PBS documentary series, Craft in America. She has created and performed several multi-disciplinary pieces for venues throughout San Francisco and Los Angeles, as well as written and performed in many solo storytelling series. Nancy is a classically trained actor with credits that span both coasts in theatre, film, television, commercials and voiceover.
