Theater: Rob served as Co-Artistic Director of the Antaeus Theatre Company for eight years, from 2011 to 2019.

His theater credits include The Judas Kiss (Boston Court Pasadena); Church and State (New World Stages and Skylight Theatre Company); The Little Foxes, The Hothouse, The Liar, Macbeth, Peace in Our Time (Antaeus Theatre Company); Of Good Stock, Rest, Taking Steps (South Coast Repertory); Much Ado About Nothing, Appoggiatura, The 39 Steps (Denver Center for the Performing Arts); and I Love to Eat (Portland Center Stage) — as well as productions with Troubadour Theater Company, Pasadena Playhouse, Mark Taper Forum, Centerstage, The Old Globe and the Shakespeare Theatre Company.
